The Site offers a route valuation tool that estimates a possible value range for a residential pool-cleaning route based on the information you enter, plus the ability to submit buy/sell inquiries.
Any valuation, multiple, range, or figure produced by the Site is an automated estimate for informational purposes only. It is not an appraisal, an offer, or financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it does not guarantee any sale price or outcome. Actual results depend on the accuracy of your inputs, market conditions, buyer demand, due diligence, and the final negotiated terms of any transaction. Figures such as “8x–14x” represent potential outcomes for certain high-quality routes and are not promises. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making any decision.
The Site, including the valuation engine, methodology, data, content, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
You retain ownership of the route information you submit. You grant us a license to use, store, and process it to operate and improve our services, including creating aggregated and de-identified market insights. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or business arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any estimate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed [USD 100].
